I’m a creative consultant, writer, and strategist based in Los Angeles.
Business presentations, capabilities decks, treatments, project proposals—I can help you strategize, write, and visualize your ideas clearly and persuasively in all of these formats.
I also work with clients to identify their marketing and business goals and establish a realistic plan to achieve them. Some people refer to it as helping them get “unstuck.” I like to think it’s like therapy, minus the tissues and mom stories.
I have a deep history in commercial photography. Previously, I was the creative director of Stockland Martel, whose roster included Nadav Kander, Art Streiber, Nino Muñoz, Miller Mobley, and Lauren Greenfield. Marketing, strategizing, copywriting, problem solving—that was the job. I have also written several columns on marketing for APhotoEditor.com.
Before that, I worked for a variety of publications (including Entertainment Weekly, Modern Painters, Paste, Inked, the New York Post, Revolver, and Photo District News) in a variety of capacities (editor, writer, and managing editor). I still write for publication, on a selected basis, including for Gallery Gurls.
